One enterprise, rebuilt function by function.

$100M+ professional education and research enterprise201-500 employees20+ affiliates, brands, and business units

Fifteen tracked production workstreams across eight operating functions, built inside the systems the enterprise already runs. This page describes the work as it operates today.

The operation

The client teaches, credentials, publishes, and supports professionals across more than 20 affiliates, brands, and business units. The work crosses learning platforms, content repositories, assessment banks, student support, compliance filings, research, and finance. Each function has its own systems of record, and the work that matters moves between them.

The work behind the work

None of this work was new. Before each system shipped, it moved the way this work moves everywhere: by hand, between systems, through people paid for their judgment. A single piece of negative student feedback could cross support, a content owner, and two production databases before anyone could answer the student. Compliance sessions arrived as spreadsheets and left as state forms, with people carrying every step in between.

Every one of those sentences describes coordination: expensive people carrying context between systems so routine work could complete. That coordination layer is what these systems now carry, function by function.

The operating layer

Eight functions, one connected system.

Learning technology and content operations

A shared content layer holds about 190 courses and 26,184 structured course-content rows, refreshed on a weekly cycle. Authoring agents load approved sources, draft material, generate imagery, and deliver it into the publishing system. The client's team edits the agents' operating instructions directly and sees the cost of every session. Publishing authority never left the content team.

Assessments and credentialing

Generation agents draft assessment items grounded in a bank of more than 6,500 source items, check each draft against its source, and route it through editorial review into the production question bank. A 306-item calibrated set keeps quality measurable. Editors own the standard; the system does the drafting, checking, and carrying.

Student experience

When negative feedback arrives, agents investigate across two production databases, reproduce the issue, and prepare a decision in a review interface built for the content owner. An accepted decision corrects the production question bank and sends the student an individual response. One accepted correction can resolve the same complaint for every learner who hits it.

Customer support

Support agents maintain a knowledge base of more than 170 articles and update it from resolved tickets, so the next student finds the answer the last one had to ask for.

Regulatory compliance

A live system carries conference sessions, presenters, and their relationships through validation into generated state forms. Spreadsheet imports run as a dry run by default, deduplicate against existing records, and produce audit files with complete request logs. Regulatory judgment and final filing authority stay with the compliance team.

Finance and receivables

One production system turns invoice correction requests into reviewed change plans and verified replacement PDFs, logging each step. A second system carries invoice intake and export from the team's own inbox.

Research and data access

A governed agent connects content and business systems of record so internal teams can ask a question once instead of assembling an answer from four systems. Access runs under permissions the client's team controls, with rate limits and audit documentation as standard.

Platform and IT

Everything above runs inside the client's environment and permissions rather than beside them. The client's IT organization reviewed production access from the first workflow map, and these production systems have gone through the client's annual third-party penetration test.

Adoption and control

How trust was built.

Owners keep the controls.

Review interfaces, editable rules, pause, and escalation live with the people who own each process, not in a request queue.

Side effects are verified.

What a system touched is checked independently rather than assumed. The student-feedback system carries an independent 14-rule audit.

Everything is attributable.

Logs, audit trails, and permissions run under access the client's team governs.

Proof on an executive cadence.

Reliability, volume, quality, and cost are reported against the baseline each workflow named before it was built.

Verified in production

The numbers we publish are the ones we can defend.

Every figure below has a source and a verification date. Independent means verified directly in the production systems: database bytes and delivered email, not the agents' own reports. Outcome metrics publish the same way: measured against the baseline each workflow named before it was built.

What expanded

The engagement began in 2023. Each production result opened the next conversation, function by function, until the systems above were carrying work across the enterprise. Today Industria runs fifteen tracked workstreams across eight operating functions inside this one client.

None of it was sold as a transformation. All of it became one.
